Aviax Academy provides structured training combining theory, on-the-job experience, and a Job Acceleration Program to prepare students for aviation and hospitality careers.
The training program is conducted over a period of 6 months, consisting of:
3 months of Aviation Theory Classes
1–3 months of On-the-Job Training (OJT) / Internship
The training is conducted daily from Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 02:00 PM (WIB).
We don’t know each other yet, we don’t know our appearance, or even our skills or potential.
Our abilities and potential will be revealed once we complete the training. Through this training, we will learn our strengths and weaknesses, so we can continue to improve those we already possess, and we will correct and improve those we still have.
These skills, potential, and abilities will ultimately be the benchmark for whether we are ready and able to work. So, what’s the point of offering a JOB GUARANTEE if we haven’t even gone through the process?
This is a special program from AVIAX AKADEMI, the Guaranteed Accelerated Employment Program. This is an optional program offered to students who want to quickly find employment, provided they are deemed to have sufficient potential and skills to be ready to take tests and selections at airlines/hotels, meeting the specified requirements.
01. Has a professional appearance and good personal grooming.
02. Possesses strong mental resilience, courage, and self-confidence.
03. Demonstrates good attitude, discipline, and professional behavior.
04. Has sufficient English communication skills for interviews.
05. Has strong, convincing, and engaging communication skills during interviews.
Note : Once all requirements above are met, students may participate in airline recruitment selection even before completing the training program and are expected to be ready to pass the aviation industry selection process.

Through this program, students are developed to become solid, confident, and job-ready professionals.
